Patch 227 (Minor)

- added rudimentary inventory backend for future system

- fixed an issue where trees fading in the distance from impostors to models would flicker

- lowered some buildings that were hovering (im sure theres still more)

- doubled the length of day/night cycles (sleepz8 request)

- BW Tuna should now appear as a can of tuna (sleepz8)

- fixed an issue where vehicle lighting was not illuminating objects other than foliage (sleepz8)

- items and zombies now spawn randomly based on a 30% chance (sleepz8)
